Soil3 Applications

  • Organic gardening

Vegetables, but not only limited to veggies, but flowers and shrub borders and lawns too! Soil3 is OMRI listed.

  • Container gardening

Use Soil3 to nurture healthy container displays. Your showy creations will thrive thanks to vigorous roots and the moisture-retaining capacity of Soil3. No need to mix with other soil-building additives. Likewise, fertilizer is not necessary: we get flower power out of annuals without adding fertilizer.

  • Growing media

Use Soil3 straight-up as the growing medium. No need to mix with other soil-building additives.

  • Flower beds

As pure organic matter, Soil3 is the natural and safe way to build good soil structure. Organic matter helps reduce compaction, improves aeration, and increase nutrient retention (CEC).

  • Shrub borders

Single shrubs (and trees) can be transplanted into native soil, however a shrub border is a different system - often mixed with perennials and annuals. Get the system started right with improved soil structure, as above for the flower beds.

  • Vegetable gardening

Whether in-ground in top soil amended with Soil3 or in pure Soil3 in raised beds, you will be delighted by your bountiful produce. Soil3 provides the healthy climate for your healthy harvest.

  • Raised beds

Soil3 is ideal for growing vegetables in raised beds. The organic matter structure of Soil3 nurtures healthy roots and the organic matter itself provides enough nutrients for season-long growing. No need to apply additional fertilizer. Tested in raised beds for up to 4 years without additional fertilizer!

  • Chemical-free lawn care

Since Soil3 is inoculated with beneficial soil microbes, N-fixing bacteria, and mycorrhizae, it has a special ability to suppress diseases in lawns or gardens by introducing these micro-organisms. This minimizes the need for harmful fertilizers and chemicals.
