How to Use Soil3

Soil3 comes in a giant 1 cubic yard cube
or smaller cubic foot bag (~30 lbs.)

Cubic Yard Bag: Landscapers and landscape contractors easily distribute the cubic yard bag using a skid-steer loader. Homeowners can simply use a shovel by opening the top of the bag. For ease of use make sure your Soil3 pallets are unloaded near the lawn, raised bed, or border you are working on.

30 lb. Bag: Easily managed by hand, simply open one end, hold upside down and distribute. A shovel can also be used.

Lawns: Use Soil3 when laying new sod, renovating existing lawns, or seeding new lawns. Read about it: Improved Turfgrass Lawn with Soil3.

Beds and Borders for Flowers and Shrubs: Soil3 is a booster for beds and borders. Spread 2 to 4" over the entire bed and mix/till it into the existing soil. Mixing Soil3 with the entire bed will provide better long-term results. It provides more water retention capability, more nutrients, and overall better planting bed health as your plants grow than regular soil and other bagged potting soil. See more under Soil3 Humus Compost Benefits.

If use 2" layer of Soil3, 2 cubic yards will cover 1,000 sq. ft.
If use 4" layer of Soil3, 4 cubic yards will cover 1,000 sq. ft.

Why pay more and struggle to help your plants thrive, when a little extra preparation and expense will save you time and emotional energy? Add Soil3 to your soil preparation plans! Your plants will grow better, look better, and you will enjoy your lawn and garden much more when you start with Soil3.
